When I was appearing for my CA-Final examination I use to study at Library and at that time I met a new set of friends Chintan Acharya, Darshan Sanghavi, Devarshi Pandya, Dinesh Butani, Bhavesh Kikani, Tejas Trivedi, actually we all stay in same area but never became friends till our CA-Final Examination. So whenever we took break from studying the only thing which was discussed was TRIP. Planning of the trip had started from April onwards, it was small trip but we use to plan it as Leh Trip.

Day 1 “21/05/2011”

Anyways finally exam got over and we guys needed a much awaited break. So finally the D-Day had come and everyone was awake by 4.00 AM. As decided we left at 5.30 AM and the vehicle was my Scorpio. After tanking up the Scorpio we left Dahisar. The route was Dahisar – Jogeshwari – Vikhroli – Airoli – Turbhe – Panvel – Alibaug – Kashid – Murud – Janjira fort – Kashid – Alibaug – Panvel – Mankhurd – Ghatkopar – Vikhroli – Jogehswari – Dahisar. Our first break was eastern expressway end of Jogeshwari – Vikhroli Road. From there we moved crossing Airoli, Turbhe, Panvel. After crossing Panvel we took a second break for Snacks around Pen, after having snacks and some photo session we moved ahead. On the way we passed through Valkhad Naka, the entry for the Goa, we all were like lets do it guys Goa is 500 km away, but anyways after getting carried away we slowly moved ahead towards Alibaug. Before Alibaug we took left for the Murud and moved ahead the drive further was amazing, we all will remember it for a long time in our life. While going to Murud one passes through Kashid were road and beach are parallel, it will definitely remind you of Roadrash Bike Game “Pacific Highway”. Anyways finally we reached Murud at 9.00 AM. We checked in Hotel Devkinandan. The view from the hotel was mesmerizing, Hotel was in front of the Beach, we just had to cross the road and we were on the beach. After having beer for ourself we moved towards beach for the swim. We had wonderful time at the Murud beach. After swim we moved ahead for the lunch and short nap for 2 hours. Finally we were awake at 4.00 PM and ready to move towards Kashid. Kashid is 30 minutes drive from Murud. We reached Kashid around 4.30 PM. Kashid beach has cottages with relaxing julas around. We spent 2 hours at the Kashid beach which was wonderfull experience had Coconut water, maggi, tea etc. Around 7.00PM we left Kashid towards Murud. Around 9.00 PM we moved for the dinner at Hotel Shoreline. Food was amazing. And now the much awaited time came the drinking session. It was amazing experience with beach in front. At 2.00 AM we all were down. It was a wonderful day where everything went as per our plan.

Day 2 “22/05/2011”

We all were awake by 8.00 AM. After having snacks we moved towards Janjira Fort. The Janjira Fort is 5 km away from Murud. Janjira fort is located in the sea. So we were suppose to take the Boat ride which was fun. The boat ride is depended upon high tide and low tide in the sea. After seeing the fort we moved ahead towards Kashid, where water scooter was waiting for all of us. Finally at 3.00 PM we were at Kashid. Again maggi, tea, bread butter etc. We went for the water scooter ride. Let me tell you the ride was first time for many of my mates and they went mad after the ride. Around 6.30 PM we left Kashid beach for the return trip. No one had a mood to leave the place, but we had to because office was waiting for us. Finally around 8.00 PM we halted for the snacks and after driving for 2hr 30 min we reached back home at 10.30 PM.

It was the most amazing 2 days of each and everyone’s life. For now I would stop and let the pics do the talking.
